A lot of  assumptions? I didn't think so. 

I  will spend a few minutes to address each of those points or you can ask which ones specifically you  believe are assumptions and I  will attempt to  support the a response with the information I  think that is  pretty much in the public domain.

Except this one...When the collaboration to establish a Singapore Photonics Innovation Center was announced I was bewildered as to why POET was not making an announcement. I asked management when they would be making the announcement and I was told that they did not expect to issue a release on the consortium because it was more of a local PR issue. That confused me since POET owns DL but I did not push any further for answers. I think the answer was really that POET was not going to do a PR on it because they were probably already in the planning stages re the selling of DL. We have not heard that the collaboration is not proceeding so my assumption is that the new buyer was probably already on board and may have actually played a role in making it happen. That part is an assumption but it is kind of the only way it makes sense to me.
