Wish I could have bought 20 X $1000 debentures for $20...nice typo. 

What definitely catches my attention and something I was wondering was whether DL management would be allowed to participate.

I  think it is very reassuring that Rajan Rajgopal the GM of DL bought $70k worth of debentures in the company that is selling DenseLight. Guess he likes what the new buyer and relationship will bring to POET. It is in my opinion the most significant sign of confidence in the future of POET that could have been provided.
