I expected much more volume today...this went off almost like a non-event...yet i believe this is a major signal to our path ahead.

I mean if insiders who know much more what lies ahead are happy with UNSECURED debentures that should be an indication that all is well and proceeding as expected.

The first component of the financing consists of the issuance of up to C$14 million principal amount of 12% convertible unsecured debentures (the “Convertible Debentures”) of the Company.
