Poet's Head Office remains in Toronto ON Canada

The North American Operations office is in San Jose, California, USA

For the present, the Asian Operations office is in Singapore

But, the whole concept of Fab light is to have a presence in many locations working with fab or lab partners to develop new POET concepts and manufacture existing ones. 

So, right now, POET has a presence ( engineering staff, etc) in France, England, Scotland, Canada, USA, Singapore, Malysia, China, Thailand and Taiwan, plus all their distribution points through Denselight, which POET will maintain, even after the sale.

That's a pretty global footprint for a young company
