When and only when Sales Numbers come, will there be any material move in stock price

That is simply not true. There are lots of examples of companies who are in various development stages, some without any co-development partnerships let alone partnerships with leading global companies. And yet many of these companies have market caps that recognize at least a relative percentage of future market value based on the potential their business model represents.
