There is a lot going on right now and I think we will know more very soon. The market seems to have picked up on the trail of bread crumbs. Or more accurately the flashing neon signs saying its real, it’s happening and it’s going to be big.
It might be worth considering the possibility that there could be a bidding war for DenseLight. If that happened there would no doubt be some concern on the part of the companies who are working with POET on advanced applications (400G). The source of Optical Interposer ready active devices should not fall into the wrong hands. POET owns the IP so one way or the other POET would likely benefit but that would create a very interesting scenario as to what the response of the global customers POET is dealing with would be.
