Thank you Kath.. Most on the board know generally you buy the assets or the shares.. I believe it is the company ... Hence the shares being acquired.. If so prior to agreement of sale the IP of DL must be assigned to Poet.. This aspect is alluded to.. But Kath like you I would like to read the specific understanding.. tpower
