What you are missing Sparta is that selling off a valuable part of your company, which currently generates most of your revenue, for cash which you then intend to burn prior to being cash flow positive maybe in 2020, then passing that off as non dilutive is misleading and not going to be viewed by outsiders as particularly positive. We just went all in on the interposer! If it works, and i am still feeling positive about it, this will get us over the hump. If it doesn't, this was the last straw of a floundering company.
