Phase 2!

Even that I also do not expect this Phase 2 takeover, this scenario mentioned by ITTR is valid. One possibility would be to move POET light then very easily e.g. to India, the friends at ISRO are waiting.

But I think that the situation will be quite cleared this summer. Poet is seeking an approval of Phase 1 by us shareholders. So at the next AGM /SAGM Poet management has to tell us a name, - and about their vision of a fab-light POET.
