What is really great about this deal is that if POET kept DenseLight there is no way they could increase the capacity as quickly as a well finananced buyer can. And that is one of the big advantages I think of this deal. That increased capacity would I expect be required to meet the supply agreement and the co-operation agreement is I think summerized by BT:
I also got a chance to chat with Rajan Rajgopal, President & General Manager. I hadn’t met him previously. A wonderful man. He said DenseLight, would continue to work closely with POET as a supplier and on development of the Optical Interposer and components for the POET Optical Engine.
