Poet could/should be more specific and clarify this. As a shareholder I am concerned as to whether this deal is good for my investment. Without more information, it's hard to know.  Also, with the significant investment that Poet has made in Denselight, and the numbers given for the purchase of Denselight, especially considering the vast potential of its potential products, the sale concerns me since we don't know the details of how this will benefit us (and I don't think the price is too extravagant by any means). Does Denselight have a licensing agreement for the technology? What are they paying us for that? For how long? Is it renewable at the same terms or different terms? Non disclosure seems detrimental to us as shareholders at a certain point and perhaps we are there. For me the worry is that the majority of the upside, along with the technology, transfers into to someone else's hands in a sweetheart deal, taking that majority of the upside with them.  If we find out more about the details on this deal and we are closer to running out of money and don't like the deal, is there even time for a plan B at that point? We would be forced into taking the deal, like it or not. Poet owes us shareholders more transparency than we are receiving thus far. The disastrous financing did nothing to alleviate this ongoing concern either.  It's time for them to explain this new business model, and sooner than later. I can see why the market is not buying this recent news. This has not been derisked. The technology may be panning out, however, who and how Poet investors will benefit remains a big unknown until we have more specifics on how this will affect our investment. Roadmap? Was this part of their roadmap? These continual unknowns  have undermined the share price, the market cap,  and other strategic options that Poet can pursue. Unless we know the terms how our IP is protected and compensated for, we have no way of knowing if this is good for us or not. At this point, shareholders not knowing is unacceptable.  Pressure should be brought to bare to flush this out.
