Thank you Lebowski for a very valuable collection of insights ... Clearly many agree as evident by the recommends... May I suggust that we may know the other party before 15 September .

I am of the opinion that the disposition of a major asset will require a special shareholders meeting - most likely with the AGM . If so .. Much earlier than September.

The resolution seeking approval will be hard pressed not to disclose who we are passing the asset to.. There maybe some unacceptable purchasers... While others would be most welcome.. Transparacy will be required by the Board or the risk of some minor resistance by some minor shareholders may be experienced.

Just a thought as to why we might get disclosure re the party we are contracting with... And if so, then as you suggust and to which I agree ... "the top will blow off".
