From my memory there always has been a lag time between announcement and public reaction. Unlike ‘us’ ‘they’ are not hanging on every word the company utters. Today’s reiteration will sink in slowly, but I believe, it really does answer the question, what has PTI achieved?, its clarion call will now be echoing around the ‘valleys’.
