Ok, so they sold the manufacturing facility but kept what is the most important thing which is the IP.

They have prototypes with different customers, I believe that this sale and if the technology is game changing, might spark a bidding war with our testing customers for the IP? Especially if Denselight is being bought by one of Poet's customers, competition is fierce out there.
