I think what you are saying makes sense in terms of a 'big brother' or 'angel investor' type approach from a major, trusted customer that POET is planning to sell OI products too. They will definitely want us cashed up and ready to deliver, but how much are they willing to pay for that, and if they are willing to pay, they know others would be willing to pay, and they won't necessarily want POET working with others.

If they don't want POET working with others in a free economy, where every company is presumed not to be limited in with whom they do business, then they should try to BUY us. But if they do not own POET, then it seems presumptious and unfair to even want such a limitation. It's like wanting slavery.
