Hey Rick, i hear you loud and clear and i also wonder the same thing but i also wonder if we have a partner that is going to do some of the heavy lifting and if we are going the fabless route just maybe we don't need the money from the sale urgently and they just sold DL because we don't need it anymore for what we are doing. Just a thought.
