Yes I  do. We are definitely going to be getting a good look under the hood as the company provides all  the background for a vote. I think  the  operation associated with building optical  engines will become very large and ultimately I  think the whole process should  take place under one roof? I  believe this is a first step  towards a larger operation.

The big question becomes who is  the partner? To answer Rainers question there is  a no-shop  clause: no-shop clause is a clause in an agreement between a seller and a potential buyer that bars the seller from soliciting a purchase proposal from any other party. ... A no-shop clause is generally only in effect for a finite period.
