We will still see another public offering for more money. My reasoning is that if there were other sources in place...why could they not issue a statement as such without getting into too many specifics. I dont see any negative effects to a company to do something like that .It would certainly help the share price if we had confirmation that they were not going to have to go to the market for cash... or do they want the share price to remain low for some unknown reason???
