After being able to read and review the written transcripts of the conf call, it has really driven home the point to me how logical, detailed and "elastic" of a thinker Suresh is.

It seems apparent, that after he takes everything in from customers, his marketing team, engineering staff, his varied BOD abilities, finance people... he has the ability to adjust as needed. 

His plans are then clearly thought out for the short, mid and long term.
