Knee jerk reaction today.  

I am not at all surprised if we need to raise money, but fully admit to being most disappointed in the share price slaughter.  

This is the Venture and we’re developmental.  Raising money is how it’s done.  I think exercisecof warrants is a long shot, but a near sure thing compared to a bank loan.  Convertible debentures?  A possibility.  But likely an ordinary offering, hopefully without sweeteners and hopefully at better than bargain prices.
