If I'm not mistaken, POET could go to the bank with Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders from Fortune 100 companies and maybe have some sort of guarantee applied on a portion of any loan, and a bank may front the money. Of course, they will play around with the interest rate, but POET would probably qualify for a solid working capital loan (if/when needed).
