This is my understanding for now anyway. 

Yes that is the way I read it as well. And that raise could be a debt financing.

I am hoping that they have put out the final short form prospectus now in order to get some of lowered expectations normally used in these docs out in the open. And that when they speak to the outlook in the conference call we will be provided with a view of  progress and a roadmap that includes sensing applications, who wants them and the demand that represents.

I am sure I am not alone in my hope that the share price rebounds based on what they say in the conference call.
