Fellows, nothing we write here will change what the company will do one bit. It seems the consensus here that Wainwright isn't the right outfit for the job (putting it as diplomatically as possible). So, for the "clowns" that many have called them to have captured not only our attention but our emotion is, well, dumb on our part. Just forget it, the company either will or will not address the subject, but again, what is said here will not alter the course of events.
Leave it be, and focus on the potential success of the company.
I've been around too many blocks in my time in the markets - nothing catches the ire and attention of a developmental company's shareholders quite like the specter of a reverse split. Please, pretend it wasn't even mentioned, accept it if you like as the words of a low grade investment firm, but keep it off the board until further comment from the company.
You'd be much better off just writing to the company.
