Agreed, I'd like to hear what Rich has to say about sales progress, if he can say.

It's a good thing, and I believe somewhat more normal, that there be more than the CEO on the call....clearly he has his hands full of the technical issues, but the sales and financial info should come from those who deal with it daily.
