You guys are correct, the bank won't lend money without proven assets, PO's might not be enough.

I think the price is "as is" because we need production orders, prototype orders are thank you for your hard work orders "in kind". It's just part of the process and Poet had to prove those prototypes and this is a big step, but a lot of things can happen & hope the imposer is protected thru patents as nothing is sacred these days, it's a dog eat dog world.
