revenues vs costs

Follow this explanation. PTK reported that they made 3 million dollars ( revenue) they have 100 engineers working for them at roughly $100,000.00 per engineer that works out to approx $10,000,000.00 Add another 1 million for the board and the CEO and maybe $500,000.00 for secretaries , office supplies, slide presentations, rent and now we have expenses of 11.5 million.

My thinking is that PTK has yet to make enough money to support itself. Am I wrong?
