There is usually a lot of selling of shares after even good news is released. Some people are just happy to get out and go elsewhere and they may not even understand the news as well. Some people take some profit now hoping to get more shares lower as the effect of the news wears off (I believe that this time that might not be the best decision). Some people think the share price might drop for another financing (even a small financing). I hope Mika has enough news momentum to take this higher for any financings to be at a much higher price; but a financing may not be needed if there are enough warrant holders willing to convert into shares. I think my last point is where this might be going. 

For those who have never bought POET before, what a great entry point for them.

Another point to remember is that even though a lot of shares were sold today, there were buyers at higher share prices than what we've been treading at lately.
