I  took  you off ignore to send you a PM and will respond to  your post.

So I  don't think  anyone said there was a special  arrangement but there is  communication at some level as per the statements by TM.

The proof of this seems to  be pretty clear but you seem to  be ignoring it. 

Why don't you explain to  the forum why all those warrants were exercised in March?
