I think they decided the detector wasn't worth selling as a stand alone product. It wasn't worth the resources to knock out 'me to' products for Fun!!!! In terms of financing I don't believe they ever catagorically said dilutive financing was off the table. Just that other options were available. Besides they haven't announced another diluative financing, so it's a guess that they are going to do one. Although i'd wager there is a good chance of another one.
