Since you posted that the 50 million prospectus could even be for a strategic acquistion (if needed), I might as well say that as well. Maybe medical (glucose) related opportunity (sensing)? Just hyper-speculating on that one.

But what I really think the 50 million prospectus is just a renewal/ top off to what they had before, and I really agree with Breeze67 that it functions as (just in case financing) like a credit line that may or may not be fully used.
