Totally agreed........

  • Two, they may need further cash resources to support the known or expected demand for the product or products from Accelink and the other undisclosed customers.

I view this point as all encompassing, either they don't need the cash or they believe they will or may need the cash for whatever purpose.............let's just call 'general corporate purposes'
