I do believe that the share price drop was because of this Prospectus. Without knowing the details, the market would automatically assume dilution and a lower share price. Now if the purpose of this Prospectus is to secure funding to get the new products marketed and out the door and for all logistics and sales supports function, then this will be very positive for this stock "ahead of revenue". Whenever a hit of future financing without details happens, the stock usually goes down. I expect that we will actually be going up once this is all digested by the market as a matter of my reasoning.
