This sounds like preparations are being made for productuion.  ISO compliance is another good sign.

 

  *2 years experience in Failure Analysis tools particularly SEM,

    Reliability and testing in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing.

  * Able to use standard microscope and other QA inspection tools

  * Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001
