His title will be senior VP strategic MARKETING and PRODUCT management.  The Guy accept the job probably because he knows that he's going to have PRODUCT to manage and market them....quite logical for me.  I don't thing that he's been hire to manage our 725,000$ in quarterly sales that we're having now with our existing product :).  Just my 2 cents, but before signing, he probably received a quick breifing of where this company is going over the next months...years...Glad to see that after that, he choose to put his signature at the bottom of the contract!!!!
