IMO, bang on Baba and Lewboski, too much at stake with the low share price. There is shareholder value and share price, and whether or not you think they are similar or totally disconnected, either way when you repeatedly state "increase shareholder value" like POET does, it does not align with "screw the shareholders". I'm not saying that POET management feels that way, just saying if they did, that is a very big negative, and different than the context with Apple.
