A lot of new equipment and clean room space in place at SilTerra for volume production. We have seen the pictures of the ROE on the wafer and they expect to have the 100G ROE prototypes delivered and in the hands of customers this year so draw your own conclusions. 

GaAs never really got out of the lab. What they are spending time doing for the dielectric platform is expanding the design to cover more applications to expedite the time to market. IE the 400G ROE is expected in 2019 and if they can do that they will be ahead of the curve.
