TMI thank you for a good post. I agree with you on the first point of your post and believe that POET has a viable technology which will be sold - the Interposer- into a broad market place.

Well would that not be why POET has co-developed and/or parterned with Silterra and Accelink? POET's disruptive dielectric interposer with its cost advantages would be further maximized by those two companies. So perhaps our management has already nailed down the ability to mass produce at a convincing cost effective solution?
So inherently in your post there-in I already believe your reasoning is the answer when I plug in the company names Silterra and Accelink.
