I read the situation thus; whilst the science has been achieved in the lab it had not been possible to implement the 4th terminal in the fab. Nevertheless I take heart as it confirms that Dr Taylor did make the technology work. Which was a nagging doubt for me. I am now more confident that POET will live when the engineer itterations can be afforded.
