Fair enough OC, we know InP is priority and where the money is, but the website still advertises their GaAs capabilities.  Not saying they will pursue it, but that doesn’t mean they can’t tinker away on the problem with outside help.  My main point being, I think the company isn’t all that concerned about it (ISRO?) right now.  Its something that may or may not be solved, and it could benefit the company sometime down the road.
