I do agree with you on the 10-yr options term should maybe be 4 or 5 years as a limit. I think management was trying to be fair to others by treating them equally with a long term as managment has basically conceded by previous long term options that POET's turn-a-round, not their current plan, has taken much longer than originally thought.
