Your biased narrative is getting quite old now. Non-management directors got options and only 0.88% of the company. Management is not getting any on this round. To me, this shows a lot of confidence in POET's current execution going forward. Obviously, our current management is willing to consider higher share priced options for themselves as as reward more into the future when things will be much better. I do believe they compromised here and listened to shareholders.
However, your narrative seems to keep things as they were and you fail to realize that they are not that way anymore. POET has turned a new page; you seem just to bash out of habit now, unfortunately.
There is a lot in POET's NR summary today that indicates how far and how fast now POET is advancing. They are on track now. And contrary to urban legend, the goalposts have not been moved; they are in fact, more solid than ever. Once summer doldrums are over for stocks in general, and with continued positive NRs that are just getting clearer and clearer each time, the general market will get it and our share price will become very healthy. The foundation is solid and it is well-placed in my belief.
