Baba, your wishes are likely to be fulfilled.  Only the hard part of issuing all these easy and easier options is that it very much discourages new investors who might otherwise view POET as a viable investment.  POET is for the most part seen as a promising tech company that does really stupid offerings accompanied by hog trough options.  The result has produced a lack of confidence on the part of both potential and existing shareholders.  TMI
