Yes, I know of the MOU. My point is that without either companies directly claiming ownership it remains unannounced. 

We have the MOU and video but we're forced to make assumptions because there's no announcement from the company ... why wouldn't they announce it? Why are we finding out from a secondary source? 

Also, it sounds like it's a craft crew style production. Good start, hopefully they have something else brewing.
