For the record anytime I have spoken with Tom Mika he has always been pretty direct with no sugar coating or delusions. Very different than PC in that regard plus he knows technology and is keenly aware of what the POET dielectric platform is and what steps are required commercialize it. I see Tom and Suresh as a good combination to get the job done.
