Good work should be rewarded. It is not difficult.
Unfortunately for POET, they have failed to communicate with shareholders. We are left wondering what work is done at all. Their actions (or lack thereof) should not be rewarded.
"But they're hiring" And?
"But the new hirees must have come for a reason" Yes, the pay cheque and the options they're about to receive.
"But they have deals and promises to make deals which I heard from a friend are as good as deals with X, Y, Z" And? This is an investment, not a fan club. It should be treated like one by shareholders and management alike.
