What if Poet has a proposal for a jV with India just for the military application whereby India ( their money etc) and poet's patents and directing minds develop  Vcsel . The name Poe technogies for the JV entity ... The partners determine who else after developed will have a license to use.. India recovers r and d costs then partners share going forward. If so will the AGM have as main agenda item arroval of sharing with India... The remained of poet stays unchanged ..we just add a JV called Poe technogies to our portfolio? tpower
