TWG I believe one of the most significant smoking guns happens to be that Ajit Manocha continues to be an insider as a consultant to the company retaining his options. There is no doubt in my mind that this arrangement is specifically tied to the Indian Government SCL. I had heard quite a while ago that there were changes to the old guard that POET was originally engaged with so I take this RFP with the adjusted date as a good sign.

It should be noted that the phases for the development of the monolithic GaAs allowed initially for epi wafers supplied externally with the goal to produce the epi stack internally once facilities were in place. This tender for epi ready GaAs wafers could very well be an indication that they are nearing that point in time where they plan to produce the epi stack at SCL.

Also I can't help but to wonder how the Optical Interposer may end up playing a role in this development.
