Wow, how we got to a mention of a takeover or a merger possibility so quickly is impressive!  LOL!

I think it's just business as usual.  Having said that, the acquisitions of DL and BBB came out of the blue. 

I'd be settling for the kind of news about which we talked that might accompany a last minute filing.
