FJ, you are correct in that the distinction is between "Units" ( one common share of the Company (each a “Common Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant) and stand alone "Warrants" (additional Warrants at a price of $0.035 per Additional Warrant,) 

They were optioned to be purchased separately or together at the discretion of the underwriter.
