The last two NRs are moving towards addressing what you want. Just let them do it now and the sales will come. 

1)Customize per vendor's specifications - prototype testing/refinement

2)When sure, mass manufacture (the 2nd NR).

Suresh mentioned that sequence back at the THM in 2015, but we are way closer now than ever and doing it, too.

The market will award POET on sales/revenue multiples as this unfolds over 2018-2019 into full-fledged commercial sales at high margins.
